4.Terms and conditions of using the website www.nextstopcyprus.eu
4.1. The User familiarises himself with the information about services offered by the website.

4.3. Terms and choice of payment method.
4.3.1. After booking, the payment terms will be determined by the service www.nextstopcyprus.eu due to the different requirements of Tourism Organizers, Contractors and Service Providers.
4.3.2. The customer can make payments in the selected currency: PLN, EUR, USD, GBP to the provided account taking into account the current sale rates.
4.3.3. The customer may pay the fee in cash only in EUR to the indicated representative of the website www.nextstopcyprus.eu
4.4. Reservation confirmation.
4.4.1. After the payment has been credited to the bank account, the Customer will receive an e-mail confirmation of the reservation or application agreement. This document defines who the Organizer or Service Provider is. In this way, an agreement is reached between the Customer and the Organizer / Service Provider.
4.4.2. The www.nextstopcyprus.eu website will provide the User each time with a detailed description of any conditions for changes and cancellations for the selected Organizer / Service Provider.
5. The Non-binding Nature of the Website.

6. Personal Data Protection.

7.6.1. The complaint procedure related to the implementation of a tourist event or tourist service is governed by the General Conditions of Participation for a given Organizer / Service Provider.

7.7. Amendments to the Regulations will be made by posting new content of the Regulations, which becomes binding on the day of its publication.
